Subject URL: Scour Is Back

Ye olde Scour, recently bought out and shut down by CenterSpan has been re-released as a Beta Pay-Per-Download service. No real details yet except that content will be protected by Microsoft DRM. I'll keep you posted.

Obviously if it's pay-per-download issues of quality of service become very important. Anyone with any more details? Beta testers?
