Only 6 complaints about local websites in the last six months. Although they don't exactly advertise that you can complain about these things. I wouldn't know where to complain. Did you know you can complain to the police about dangerous drivers? Do you know what number to call? I wish I did.

Slow week at work so I've been putting some effort into redesigning the MP3.com.au Artist/Track pages. The artists seem happy and the music is easier to find now. Check out Approximate and my track The 60kph Ton if you get bored and feel like clicking something. Had a bash at the front page too and it's now a lot easier to read, but the page weight it still insane. But you get that when you have to run so many ads... :9

Records Ad Nauseam  #

I'll let Graham explain it...

We pick records and write about them. Old, new, singles, albums, eps, 12 inches, rock, pop, classical, dance, jazz, it don't matter, just as long as it's on a round thing (shiny or black) with a hole in the centre of it. These tracts won't always be in a traditional review style, either, possibly from a personal perspective, perhaps with an absurdly postmodern bent, maybe because we've just found out something amusingly scatological about the artist in question and want to share the knowledge. Some of us are trying to be Simon Reynolds. Some of us are trying to be Lester Bangs. Some of us are trying to be ourselves. Hopefully, somewhere around these pages, you'll gain a new perspective on an old favourite, or a tip on where to head next on your musical journey. Bon voyage!

I like it. My 'review' style is very personal. I have a lot of trouble explaining what I'm hearing and feeling because of a limited vocabulary for these things. I hope my stuttering splatter of words will fit in...
