I finally moved my amp + speakers + video player into the family room of my house. After much fuss and bother I now have everything set up nicely... and a big red blob in the bottom left hand side of Dad's TV. Why? Dodgy shielding on the TV I expect. Nothing is easy is it? sigh

I'm working on a new version of walkentheband.com with a new design, updated news and a gig database similar to preshrunk.net. Getting a bit above ourselves I know but its fun and I'm doing it because I can. I've finished of my little online CD database and am quite happy with myself. Everything I wanted. All I have to add now is the ability to add stuff other than that automatically imported from CDDB, like my Vinyl collection and videos.

It's late. I've been doing lame things like move speakers and clean dust from under computers. I've been checking out Morpheus which seems to work far better than Gnotella every did.

Apparently Napster has signed a deal with 150 indie record labels to distribute their music. Artists such as Underworld will have their music distributed through Napster's subscription service and they'll be paid for it. Oh boy. Oh boy! ... whatever.

Listening to Amon Tobin's "Reanimator". I like nutzoid drums and bass. I might have to check out this Fourplay remix CD I keep hearing about. I loved the 'dance' stuff Raven (guy from Fourplay) did so maybe I'll like it. Who knows.

Oh look a froggie!
