Apparently Michael Greene (president of NARAS) mouthed off about pirating music at the Grammy awards. Again the New York times questions him on some of the comments he made. (via Slashdot article)

2001 was a massive year for the movie industry as a whole with box office taking largest since the 50's. But pirating is still destroying their business. I remember hearing Village (in Australia) was having huge money problems because of low box office takings. That was before Harry Potter and Lord Of The Rings though...
