Subject URL: EMI drops eggs

EMI put lots of their eggs into a Mariah shapped basket and dropped it off a cliff. EMI recently annouced 1,800 job cuts (which according to BandName.com's Jim Bessman means 400 artists dropped from the label). The article linked speculates EMI may have to sell stakes in HMV and possibly Abbey Road studios.

I do believe it, I do believe it true. oo oo oo! Photos of my magical trip to the zoo on Sunday coming soon! Some of them are even all clear and stuff thanks to my new tripod my lovely friends bought me for my birthday. Others are the usual wobbly-bobbly because it's hard to set up a tripod with rug-rats everywhere.

Sick yesterday. At work today, feeling weak, hanging out for the end of four hours so I can drink another Flu Strength Lemsip Daytime.
