Interesting article about the rise of DVD sales vs. the crash of CD sales with lots of quotes from music sales favourite JB Hi-Fi. Interesting quotes on cost-selling (where products are sold at-cost) of DVDs. And other quoting that the soundtrack of a movie can cost just as much as the movie itself on DVD. (via The Age)
The RIAA is planning on suing individual file sharers using an obscure Clinton era US law on copyright material distribution. It's always argued that such a feat would be too expensive and not worth it but the RIAA seems desperate.
I'd like to see all file sharing software shut down and all CD burners crushed to death... and then watch music sale plummet to nothing and see who the RIAA blames then.

On another note : I hate it when I walk out of a gig and can't remember the setlist of the band I only just saw. Well, I played a gig last night and I can't remember the full setlist of what we played. I played the damn thing and I can't remember.
Feel excellent. Good proper sleep last night. Smell like smoke though. I hate smoke... and I forgot to wear my earplugs last night... the night I get feedbacked to death. RINGGGGGGGGGgggggg....
