Put new audio to a video last night. Used the first song Channel 31 recorded for the band at the Evelyn last year (it had no audio for the first 5 seconds) and replaced the audio with my minidisc recording on the gig. Lots of trial and error but it worked. File sizes are huge (about 1 Gb a minute) but in theory the program I'm using can work with and output compressed files, I just need to fiddle a bit to improve the output sound. Mpeg2 sound (using tooLame compression software) really is quite awful compared to MP3.

Haven't tracked that virus down yet but it's definitely not my box. One of the emails went to an ISP in the United Arab Emirates. It only bounced because their mailbox was full. Other went to Microsoft. Other to a major banking institution in Australia. Where are all these emails coming from?
