The gig @ The Rob Roy last night went ok. Very tired (we weren't on until 11:30pm), smallish crowd (around 40) but nice and responsive. Lots of loud claps and whistles etc. The minidisc never lies. Crowd quotes: "I f**kin' love these guys" and "I can't stand this band". 1 out of 2 ain't bad. New song went well both with the newbies and the existing fans. Yay. Not sure if Wireless Records made much money out of the night. Hopefully the compilation will be out soon (April?). Next gig is at my birthday party. That should be exciting. I think we'll did up some old songs we don't play anymore. Stroke some egos.

Long weekend coming up. Plans? Get the stuff the band has recorded from our producer (Bruce) and start playing on the new computer. Buy mixer/preamp (probably tonight on way home). See Peter Jackson trio of movies at The Astor on Sunday night (Badtaste, Feebles and Braindead). Sleep. Drive up into the mountains.
