Sony releases a laptop / video camcorder hybrid (via Slashdot). No mention of price but I'm betting that you could do it for cheaper with a regular lap top with digital video capture abilities + a digital camcoder + conection cable and some gaffa tape. Or maybe not. 17 hours battery life sounds damn nice.
