Went to the studio (Bakehouse) yesterday. After a few technical hitches everything went great. We got good drums for Hitman, Lego Woman, Lovers' Lane, Open Wounds, Post Mixed Coke, Fish Out Of Water, Pick Me Last, Right Again and I Like It. We also got some quick demo drums done for five new songs. I've got four of the songs here, the rest are still at the studio, hopefully picking up Monday.

All the WAVs are 16bit, 48hz which means a bit of reconfiguration of recording software and hardware but otherwise they work a treat. What we don't have is the production that our engineer did, just the raw WAV files. I'm going to try to get some mixdowns on Monday so we've got something produced to start with.

Mac G4s have USB 1.1 and thus are very slow. 8Gb per 2 hours. A bit quicker that burning CDs but not much. Firewire would have done that in half an hour. USB 2 even quicker. Thus... we wait.

Lemmings in DHTML (via acb, who managed to get to Bidston Moss while we were in the studio). No Flash or Java. It's pretty much perfect. No wonder people think DTHML is a security risk ;p
