Walken the plan  #

Band 12 Month plan is set. Important stuff... Vocal sessions for the latest lot of demos set for the first two weekends of November. Bass likely to follow. Months of arguements and mixing to follow that. Likely to be no gigs in November. Video clip for Blue Sky filming in Jan. Recording for EP all weekend every weekend for start of Jan. Not quite sure how we're doing two things at once but we'll see ;p Video might be on the EP. Arguements over video format to follow (I think Quicktime is pretty standard but ready to VCD MPEG would be nice).

We expect some writing and jamming with unusual people to be crammed in there somewhere. I plan to jam with our old drummer Bruce while Leigh is away.

Maybe...

Carnage...  #

Today's carnage file brought to you by The Age.

California bushfire carnage.

Iraq Red Cross suicide bombing carnage.

Set self on fire and ride BMX bike off toilet block and land on head carnage.

Telstra BigPond's continued email carnage. I've had a few bounced email from bigpond friends for the past week or so.

Drink 8 Red Bulls and get your naked photo on the front of Esquire magazine carnage:

"I was in a moment. I had, like, eight Red Bulls and said, 'OK, let's do it.' I learned my lesson and you won't see me like that for a while. I'm kinda over it myself. Not that it's dirty or tacky, but it is really revealing and I wouldn't want my kid, at 21, to be dressing like that."

Being anti-war in America carnage:

A woman in a business suit approached him at New York's LaGuardia Airport and told him he should be exiled. A man refused to sit next to him on an aircraft. His home in Michigan was vandalised and "traitor" signs were tacked up on the trees outside his house.

And I expect the internet to get a little slow tomorrow with everyone in Australia downloading the third 24 series. They've had a year and still no ability for Aussies to buy the series online. Or if they just played it at the same time in Australia as the US. Is that really that hard? Oops, different ratings periods? Whatever... No one cares. Oh well. I keep telling the TV studios what to do to stop from going bust and they keep ignoring me. Goodbye TV, we loved you for so long.

This year I'm waiting for it to be shown on TV. I don't care if I know what is happening either.

Life this week is less complicated now...

Only now I'm on a serious mission...
