I've changed my mind. I look forward to the day when copy protection on everything is so good it's impossible to listen to your music anywhere except on expensive equipment than no-one wants or can afford. The only way to hear the music you want is to get someone to play it for you. So musicians will be paid well to play at pubs and in people's homes and at parties and hearing music any other way will be illegal and punishable by death by guitar string. And then musicians who can't play live will not be popular.
Ooops. I'm starting to sound like the White Stripes and their no computer attitude. I'll shut up. Except the White Stripes are even crapper live than they are on CD.
Speaking of no computers (or ability to play live)... my band Walken have a gig while Leigh (our drummer) is away. You'll be interested in what we plan to do...
Walken Old-Skool.
