According to the They Are Among Us newsletter, the Madman released R4 Australian DVDs of the Transformers series are to be released three discs per season and tagged at $60 a set. At that price (half the price of Unicron) it's pretty darn cheap and pretty tempting, even though the Transformers cartoon series (not the movie) is (very very very) crap. All the "extras" will be left until Season 4 release. As a comparison, one half of season 2 in the US release is US$50.

And we're told that the Transformers were awoken by Mt. St. Helens.

The cover art is produced by Dreamwave and thus includes massive close ups of legs.

I want to move to the UK and work for the British Library. They legally have to keep a copy of everything ever published. Almost. Anyway... sounds fun. There is probably something like this in Australia but you never hear about it.

Katie's second rat, Jhonen, died on Thursday. He was a much more energetic rat than Mervin, he'll be missed.

I just spent $150 (part of the $ was a swap) on a full collection of The Sharp CDs (15 CDs including 3 albums), all signed. I'm a sad sad little fan-boy. ;p
