Subject URL: Commando

I've always wanted to do a metal tribute to the C64 game Commando's two themes so I appreciate when bands cover computer game music. Megadriver "are a brazilian heavy metal band devoted to videogame music". Scarely enough this isn't that uncommon. What I like most about these guys is that they've release tribute albums where they play all the music from a game like their tribute to Golden Axe, "Metal Axe" and Altered Beast, "Metal Beast". Someone has even put out a hacked version of Contra entitled "Metal Contra" with the music replaced with their metal covers! And of course they release everything on their site in MP3.
