I've just finished re-reading Chris Ware's excellent "Jimmy Corrigan: The Smartest Kid on Earth". BoingBoing informs me that a new book has been published about Chris Ware, "Chris Ware (Monographics)". Via this Amazon link I discover that Issue 13 of McSweeney's Quarterly appears to be by (or edited by?) Chris Ware and looks incredibly interesting. I vaguely remember Dave talking about this?

Just back from Queensland. We went to the various worlds (Sea, Dream and Movie), relaxed, took a billion (really) photos of various animals and us next to people in giant cartoon suits and spent fartloads of money.

While gone, the funniest thing in the universe was created. Tears. In my eyes.
