I'm told "WALKEN"'s the video for Blue Sky should be finished this weekend. I can probably start showing people next week. DVD menu is built and ready to go, just waiting on the video file. Look out for it on Rage end of November, or at our video launch at the Evelyn mid November.

The best thing about buying a house is telling all the estate agents you've been in contact with over the last year, one by one, to "go away, we have a house" when they call. Beautiful.

Probably the worst part is finding out your house has Anobium Borer. But it's not bad and easily fixed (with $500 of spraying and maybe a new floorboard or two). And it could have been termites. We apparently also had rats but that was "treated" for free. Being a fan of rats I didn't ask (I assume they just put down poison).

We also have bad water preasure, dying water-heater and a driveway drainage problem. None of which are urgent. The usual stuff with a 30 year old house.

We move in start of next year, after the tenants get out. That's progress...
