I've always wondered why with today's 3G tech we can't download the actual songs instead of stupid ringtones by "calling the number on your screen" while watching Video Hits in the morning.

Looks like Motorola was about to do it, but pulled the idea at the last minute. The reasons are numerous and rumourous...
