Went to puppy pre-school (socialization experience for new dogs, stops them being insane and scared of everything).

Interesting... we assume Mogwai is a 9 week old Jack Russell cross. What the cross is up for arguement. I'm either leaning toward the fact she's older than we think (she seems far too well trained for a dog that young) or she's crossed with something slightly bigger than a Jack Russell but not too big. Some have been saying she has a Kelpie face and colouring.

For comparison she was:

• Slightly (10%?) bigger than a 10 week old Jack Russel (pure)
• Slightly (20%) bigger than a Boston Terrior puppy
• About a quarter the size of an 8 week old retriever!
• About 60% the size of a 10ish week old Collie/Kelpie cross.

The size of retriever puppies is terrifying...

The vet (who should know) says she'll probably double in size... which is still a very small dog...
