Wow. I mean. $15 was obscene, this is a very welcome change. Although we must admit it wasn't really cash that prevented us going to the movies more often, it was laziness and (lack of) time.
Most amusing was reading the article, Village indicated that they were not worried about future earnings because "Wedding Crashers" was coming out. "Wedding Crashers" is their one big hope for the future?

* We saw "Land Of The Dead". It's crap. Even with a zombie Mr S. Pegg in it (very briefly, I only saw his name in the credits actually). Looking forward to the "Day Of The Dead" remake. To be honest I fell asleep in the original "Dawn" but loved the remake. I liked the matter-of-fact way the violence was portrayed in the the original "Dawn" but it seemed really out of the place in the try-hard-holywood-90s-B-movie feel of "Land Of The Dead".
