What's all this then?

PlayLouder MSP, an ISP in the UK, has secured a license from Sony that allows its customers to legally share any song in the Sony-BMG catalog with any other PlayLouder MSP customer, and to download these tracks from any ISP customer in the entire world.

[...]

  • The right to share any song in the Sony-BMG catalog
  • Even if it's out of print
  • In any file-format
  • Using any file-sharing software
  • At any bitrate

Hopefully Sony makes a bucketload of "free" money from this and other big record companies follow suit.

Ever wonder why UFOs make that weird sound?

Now you know:

A Qantas aerospace engineer has found a way to make small planes safer and more efficient by turning their wings into flying speakers that can beat out a tune.

[...]

In wind-tunnel tests at the University of NSW, "singing wings" were able to "fly" at much steeper angles - up to 22 degrees above the horizontal, compared with the normal maximum of about 17 degrees.
