Natural aspects of Spears' pregnancy, like lactiferous breasts and protruding naval, compliment a posterior view that depicts widened hips for birthing and reveals the crowning of baby Sean's head.

I'm still convinced the artist is mocking someone. I just can't figure out who yet.

The fact this is probably very real and very serious points out to myself how far on the other side of the spectrum my mind lies.
