I remember walking through Bourke Street Mall back in 1999 and hearing the opening of the Myer windows by the "Premier of Victoria... Steve Bracks". I remember everyone seemed a little shocked. "Hang on, where is Jeff? Oh yeah, we voted him out."

Now would be the time for the more political minded bloggers to start reminding Victorians what Jeff Kennett did to Victoria while he was in power.

It would also be a good time for someone to blog about what the current State government has done better or worse.

Some people appear to be thinking like the poor employee who quits the bad job, only to walk into a worse job and realise that maybe the old job wasn't so bad.
