Warner will use YouTube to provide free access to videos in their library of music. Warner and YouTube will share advertising revenue from the venture.

I know a few bands that used to be on Warner who's videos I'd like to see. Like The Sharp, or Regurgitator.

Universal on the other hand plan to sue YouTube for allowing their music to be used without permission.
