We're taking holidays soon and have been looking around for places in Victoria that would be nice to visit for a few days. The first thought is Ballarat, for it's art and history and because it's close.

The more I look into it though the more I feel like I'm going to be a voyeur on other's misery. They're stuck in Stage 4 water restrictions at the moment, which means no outside use of water at all. The place we're looking at staying in has a spa. We'll feel horribly guilty using it. I hear the lake is drying up.

Another thought was Canberra but we think that is a bit far. Possibly Phillip Island but we've been there a hundred times.

Any ideas?
