I love the fact it has no lid (the USB plug bit slides in and out). Comes with a lanyard which if anything bulks it up enough to make it harder to lose.

I had a brief look around the U3 software and it looks like it would be nice but I was more comfortable with a bit more control so I uninstalled it. I also hated the way it caused the key to mount as two drive letters instead of one. Cleverness for the sake of making something "easier" just pisses me off.

The plan is to just plug the new key in to the PC I'm using and it becomes my own portable searchable notepad.

The second part of this plan is to stop writing notes in my notebook. A nasty horrible habit I started way back in March 2006 out of boredom that I haven't quite been able to stop yet.

This means nothing to anyone but me but for historical sake, the "working titles" of the eight tracks played at the gig:
