Bill is only listed as a "touring member" and it's not clear how much composing input he had on the album.
In vague seriousness though, much of the jokes were just sad. I remember April Fools day was the day a random bit of fake news would slip into your life and catch you off guard. These days it's expected that Slushdot and their crew will fill their entire day with jokes. It defeats the whole purpose.
Maybe I'm just too much of a smart arse to get caught these days. How sad.
