The one staff meeting I manage to find time to get to and they hand me a staff award for the work I did in November last year. Warm and fuzzy. Makes the 45 minutes of travel to get to the meeting a little easier to take.

AND I have a week of training in September. Real training!

It's easy to forget you have a company back there when you've been "on site" since March 2003 and see them only once a year for reviews.

It's lucky I like it here.

Them actually supporting me is a nice bonus.
