It's easy if you don't read the form or call and ask any questions. After getting two different answers on the phone I decided to pop into the bank and talk to someone. Someone who then proceeded to call someone. Not really any different is it?
The very helpful person at the bank had the same problem I did, getting different answers depending who she spoke to.
I think we've got it sorted. Maybe. Hopefully all the forms will be in and signed before 7th November...
