High cholesterol runs in my family.

I've finally had a blood test that confirms it runs though my veins as well.

So, in 2010 I will:

  • Almost never eat chips (or fries, or crisps)
  • Switch to low fat (not skim) milk
  • Avoid cheese
  • Eat sushi or home made sandwiches for lunch

Celery is my new friend. As is chicken.

I had my first "skinny latte" today and felt like a complete wanker (with almost-pony-tail and everything) but it didn't taste terrible.

Another test in three months.
