So now the new Harry Potter is 3D. The new Shrek. The new everything I wasn't going to watch anyway. They're making Star Wars in 3D now. Meh.

Who cares?

They cost $2 more to watch (on top of the price-of-the-DVD-each we have to pay) and suddenly I have to pay a $1 for my glasses, which they then ask me to "recycle" after the movie?! Do I get my $1 back? No.

What do I get for my $3 extra? Nothing.

Well, not nothing: Stupid gimmicky "it's coming right for me!" crap. Blurriness when it pans too fast. Two pairs of plastic obstructing my view instead of one. Idiots behind me going "ooo it looks so real". Otherwise looking exactly like the 2D version.
