Three months before this blog was born The Sharp reformed for a show at the HiFi Bar in Melbourne. They played that show, and as far as I know, no others. They had planned to release new material but I heard nothing and they faded away.

They have reformed again according to a half page story in today's Herald Sun. They are playing a show at Sandbelt Live, Moorabbin on July 30 and plan to release new material.

Ten years ago that would have filled me with joy... I'd love to explain why it doesn't now but I'm too polite.

Hopefully the reunion will mean their material will be available again after being deleted for so long. New material would be a nice bonus. I'd definitely buy it.
