Compilation Vinyl 2009  #

I recently transferred all of my vinyl to a digital format. This is an attempt to create a compilation from only those songs. I tried to choose songs I didn't hear much of but ended up sticking mostly to known tracks.

The vinyl sound wasn't as awesome as I'd hoped. Many of the older singles sound rubbish, probably either due to overplaying or cheap quality vinyl. The later (early 90s) vinyl all sounded wonderful.

It's a reminder of what we've lost. I even left the needle skipping in on the first and last tracks. I put no effort into cleaning up pops and crackles, although a few I did re-transfer when they jumped.
